The Role

HSSE Management: Implement and improve HSSE policies. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

Electrical Maintenance & Engineering: Lead electrical maintenance and engineering. Establish procedures, maintain and repair critical equipment, and manage spare parts for reliability.

Technical Support & Collaboration: Provide technical support, assist in staff development, and collaborate with other UK plants for best practices.

Project & Contract Management: Plan outages, manage projects and contracts, and ensure quality in all electrical work.

Compliance & Budgeting: Adhere to change management policies, control maintenance procedures and budgets, and advise on projections.

Equipment Lifecycle & Monitoring: Oversee equipment lifecycle and monitor critical asset conditions.

Flexibility & Availability: Be on call, adapt to business needs, and support the engineering manager on company objectives.
