Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Spalding
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday Days
Salary: 50,000 per annum (with overtime)

We're hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Spalding team. You'll maintain and repair industrial equipment, including conveyors, motors, filling systems, and some robotic works, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault diagnosis and repairs on manufacturing / production equipment.
  • Understanding of proactive maintenance, continuous improvement and site-wide upkeep.
  • Working autonomously on machinery to complete breakdowns

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering Discipline or equivalent apprenticeship
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Competent reading electrical schematic drawings.
