South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint reliable, confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our Trust. Positions are available at Spalding Academy & Giles Academy.
Working to support the schoolās cover requirements, the successful candidate will:
- Be confident, bubbly, motivated and driven to deliver lessons to our young people;
- Be quick thinking, flexible, adaptable and proactive;
- Be able to deliver pre planned lessons, in a professional manner across multiple subjects to students;
- Be able to implement behaviour management and maintain high standards with confidence;
- Ability to inspire and motivate our young people;
- Good numeracy and literacy skills;
- Confident when using computers
- Experience within education is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
