South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint reliable, confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our Trust. Positions are available at Spalding Academy & Giles Academy.

Working to support the school’s cover requirements, the successful candidate will:

  • Be confident, bubbly, motivated and driven to deliver lessons to our young people;
  • Be quick thinking, flexible, adaptable and proactive;
  • Be able to deliver pre planned lessons, in a professional manner across multiple subjects to students;
  • Be able to implement behaviour management and maintain high standards with confidence;
  • Ability to inspire and motivate our young people;
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills;
  • Confident when using computers
  • Experience within education is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
