As a Property Solicitor, youll manage your own caseload of residential, commercial, or agricultural property matters depending on experience with the freedom to shape your path and the support of a respected, collaborative team behind you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of property transactions from start to finish
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal documents
  • Build strong relationships with clients, landowners, agents, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance and attention to detail across all matters
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
  • Provide commercially focused advice on both traditional and innovative rural projects
