About the Opportunity:A well-regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across the East Midlands and East Anglia is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their busy team in Spalding. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services across a range of practice areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a genuine interest in litigation work. The successful candidate will support experienced fee earners on a broad caseload including commercial and civil disputes, debt recovery, and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and bundling for court.

  • Manage correspondence with clients, courts, and third parties under supervision.

  • Support the team with case management, file maintenance, and evidence collation.

  • Attend client meetings and take notes as required.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure all procedural steps are taken in a timely manner.

  • Assist in the preparation of witness statements, instructions to counsel, and trial documentation.

  • Handle administrative tasks including diary management, filing, and billing support.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within litigation or dispute resolution.

  • Strong academic background - law degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to deadlines.

  • Confident using legal software and Microsoft Office.

  • A team player with a proactive and professional approach.

  • Willingness to take on responsibility and grow within the role.
