Maintenance Engineer - FMCG
Location - South Lincolnshire
Salary - up to 45,000
Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 3:30 (with flexibility)
Henderson Brown is delighted to be partnering with an FMCG business to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer. This role is key to ensuring the continued performance and reliability of production equipment while supporting daily operational demands.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the wider Engineering and Operations teams to deliver effective maintenance support across production lines.
- Carry out inspections and conduct breakdown response activities to minimise equipment downtime.
- Contribute to a preventative maintenance strategy, ensuring timely servicing of machinery and minimal disruption to output.
- Identify and recommend technical improvements and safety upgrades to ensure equipment performance.
- Log and report any equipment faults or repair requirements, maintaining optimal functionality across the site.
- Organise and prioritise maintenance tasks efficiently to avoid delays and ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role (such as multi skilled engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, maintenance technician)
- A recognised qualification in Engineering or related technical field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
