We are working with a market leading FMCG company just outside of Spalding who are looking for a handful of multi-skilled engineer to join their growing team. This position will be working in a team of 8 across a 100% automated production line. The increase in demand has lead to an expansion on site and requires a larger team to cover this new automated section of the factory.
These maintenance engineers need experience working in a manufacturing environment with the ability to adapt to electrical and mechanical faults they may come across.
The roles time will be split 70% as preventative maintenance, 20% as breakdowns and 10% projects, meaning theres lots of variety ina range of sections on the site!
This role offers the chance to learn an ever growing range of equipment within a supportive business, who encourage development of skillsets and qualifications/certificates.
Requirements :
- 3+ years in engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Level 3 or higher in an engineering discipline (electrical preferrable)
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
Good to have:
- Experience with machinery installations
- Experience in food hygiene standards
- An Electrical certificate
- Time served or apprenticeship trained
