We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for small to medium-sized new build housing projects in the Peterborough/Lincolnshire area.
The projects range in size from 25 to 100 units and involve both speculative and housing association builds.
The role requires ensuring on-time and on-budget completion in accordance with the program.
The company is a privately owned, award-winning house builder that limits its annual output to 350-400 units.
Candidates should have relevant experience in site management to qualify for this position.

Jobs are both spec and HA and range in size from 25 -100 units and on a traditional build basis and your role is to ensure anon time and to budget completion, in accordance with program.
