We are recruiting Care Assistants to join a newly registered Nursing and Residential Care Home in Spalding. The service provides high-quality permanent and respite care, including specialist support for people living with dementia, within a welcoming, purpose-designed environment.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

You will:

  • Provide compassionate support with daily living activities
  • Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
  • Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all interactions
  • Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ needs
  • Maintain accurate care documentation
  • Work positively as part of a professional and supportive team

Experience in dementia care is beneficial, but the most important quality is a genuine commitment to high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring, reliable, and compassionate individual
  • Experience as a Care Assistant in a care home setting (desirable)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
  • Medication training (advantageous but not essential)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
