We are recruiting Care Assistants to join a newly registered Nursing and Residential Care Home in Spalding. The service provides high-quality permanent and respite care, including specialist support for people living with dementia, within a welcoming, purpose-designed environment.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
You will:
- Provide compassionate support with daily living activities
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
- Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all interactions
- Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ needs
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Work positively as part of a professional and supportive team
Experience in dementia care is beneficial, but the most important quality is a genuine commitment to high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate individual
- Experience as a Care Assistant in a care home setting (desirable)
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Medication training (advantageous but not essential)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
