Logistics Coordinator - £31,500 per annum - Full-Time, PermanentLocation: On-site (Spalding, Lincs)Hours: Office based - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (1-hour break)Salary: £31,500 per yearStart Date: ASAP?We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our clients small, fast-paced, and friendly team.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within an international business where your input will make a real difference. If you're passionate about logistics, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a busy environment - we'd love to hear from you.?What You'll Be Doing:* Arranging export bookings with freight forwarders and shipping lines* Coordinating collections with suppliers and forwarders to ensure timely pickups* Liaising with overseas agents and the Netherlands office for European deliveries* Issuing monthly invoices for UK loads and extra charges* Negotiating monthly freight rates* Managing a collection schedule for both deep sea and road transit* Overseeing a small team (3-4 staff) handling day-to-day logistics tasks* Investigating and resolving issues as they arise* Maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement* Handling ad hoc logistics and administrative tasks as required* Keeping all parties updated throughout the collection and shipping process?What We're Looking For:* Minimum 6 month's recent experience in export logistics (2+ years preferred)* Industry knowledge of wastepaper or recycling - highly desirable* Excellent logistical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail* Good knowledge of export documentation, EU customs procedures, shipping processes, and Incoterms* Strong written and verbal communication in fluent English* Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to manage your workload independently* Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and able to learn internal systems quickly* Flexible, calm under pressure, and able to adapt in a fast-changing environment* A true team player who works well with others?Why Join Us?* Be part of a growing international company* Enjoy a varied and rewarding role with real responsibility* Work in a supportive and engaging environment?Benefits:* Casual dress* Company events* Company pension* Free on-site parking* Sick pay* 28 days holiday (inclusive of UK bank holidays)APPLY TODAY!
