Our client based in Spalding is looking for an Automotive Service Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role you must have previous Automotive Management Experience.
Responsibilities of the Automotive Service Manager role are:
- Daily Management of the workshop, leading and overseeing the Service department, managing a team of highly skilled Technicians
- Organising the workflow in the service department.
- Reporting to upper management on Centre performance and KPI’s
- Employee reviews, training and development.
- Driving profitability
- Developing Service Procedures, Policies and standards
- Improving response and delivery times
- Manage the MOT Testers
Our client is offering a competitive salary as well as an excellent bonus/profit sharing commission structure for the Automotive Service Manager role.
