The Role

The school is seeking a committed KS3 Teacher capable of delivering a broad range of subjects across the Key Stage 3 curriculum. You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support a range of needs and abilities
  • Deliver across all KS3 subjects, adapting learning to meet the needs of the pupils
  • Build positive relationships and use consistent, supportive behaviour strategies
  • Work closely with support staff, pastoral teams and parents
  • Assess progress, provide feedback and adjust teaching where necessary
  • Contribute to enrichment opportunities, school trips and wider school life

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong teaching practice with the confidence to deliver multiple subjects
  • Experience with SEND or additional needs is beneficial but not essential
  • A positive, flexible and empathetic teaching style
  • Strong communication and the ability to work collaboratively
