Red Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Customer Service Executives for temporary to permanent roles in Tyseley.
The position involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring a positive service experience.
Responsibilities include checking deliveries, resolving order issues, and performing general admin and data entry tasks.
The role requires candidates to have previous customer service experience and offers a salary of £9.50 per hour, equating to £22,230 per year.
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 5:30 pm, with every other Saturday from 08:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Red Recruitment Group urgently require a number of experienced Customer Service Executives for temporary to permanent opportunities in Tyseley.

Your main duties will be to speak to customers both inbound and outbound to offer a positive customer service experience at all times.�

Checking on any deliveries and following up on customer order requirements, resolution of any shortages or issues in a calm and professional manner.

Any other general admin and data entry / sending and responding to customer emails as required by the client.

The hours of work are:

08:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

�9.50 per hour / �20'995 per year basic Salary.

Weekly paid for the initial 2 weeks temporary to permanent period, Monthly paid when permanent with the client.
