We are seeking an Electrician for a permanent position in Spennymoor and surrounding areas, focused on social housing contracts.
The role includes completing responsive repairs in both tenanted properties and commercial environments.
The successful candidate will earn a basic salary of £38,200, with an OTE of £43,000 including standby, and will receive a van and fuel card.
Candidates must have an NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3, 18th edition certification, and a full UK driving license.
The position requires 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, and offers a total of 36 days of holiday including bank holidays.

We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Spennymoor and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role. The successful Electrician will be expected to complete responsive repairs in tenanted properties as well as commercial environments.

The Electrician will receive:

38,200 basic salary (43,000 OTE including standby)
Van and fuel card
Generous pension scheme
28 days holiday + bank holidays (36 days total)

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Work in Spennymoor and surrounding areas
Reactive repairs and maintenance
Working in domestic and commercial environments
Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
