Salary: £90 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)

If so, GSL Education are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Spilsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students stay engaged in their studies.

Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
• Adapt to different classrooms and year groups as needed.
• Report any student progress or concerns to teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom with confidence and enthusiasm.
• A passion for education and working with young people.
• Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
• A current CV covering last 10 years with every gaps explained.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
