We are seeking an experienced International Benefits Analyst for a short-term, 4-week remote contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of current global benefits programmes in preparation for an upcoming harmonisation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document existing international benefits across multiple regions
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for standardisation
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to inform the harmonisation phase
- Collaborate with HR and Total Rewards teams to gather data and validate findings
- Proven experience in international benefits analysis
- Strong understanding of global benefits structures and compliance considerations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and to tight deadlines
