Assistant Quantity Surveyor

I am looking to speak with Assistant Quantity Surveyors for a brilliant opportunity to join a highly established high end residential contactor.

You will be part of the commercial team looking after multiple high end residential projects with the guidance and training from Senior Quantity Surveyors to progress with the company to become a major part of the commercial team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out Take-Offs
• Assist Estimators at tender stages
• Take responsibility for commercial aspects of live contacts including Procurements, Valuations and payments of sub-contractors
• external valuations, variations and final accounts
