Voids Supervisor - 28 per hour
Location: Welwyn (AL3)
Hours: 40 hours per week (8am - 5pm)
Contract: Temporary - Min 4 months
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced property repairs and maintenance Voids Supervisor to join our team on a temporary basis for a company that looks after social housing / decent homes programme. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality void property services.
You'll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and fostering strong customer relationships.
You'll also be expected to manage day-to-day operations, support profitability, and oversee basic budgetary responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Strong trade background
- Solid understanding of damp and mould issues
- Experience in social housing
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- IT literate and comfortable with digital reporting tools
