Our client, a successful multi-branch Independent Estate Agency in St Albans, is seeking an experienced Valuer (Lister) to join their team.
The role offers a basic salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
Candidates should have a strong background in listing properties, providing expert marketing advice, and staying ahead of market trends.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and possess excellent relationship-building skills, with a strong work ethic based on honesty and respect.
