Shift Details - 4 days a week, rota varies per week (Business opening hours are between 9am-5:30pm on Monday - Fridays, 9am - 4pm on Saturdays)

Responsibilities:
Are you a friendly face with a knack for organisation? Our client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team in St Andrews for a period of approximately 4 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a vital role in a busy healthcare environment, supporting patients and staff alike. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to the right team members.
  • Welcome Visitors: Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanour that ensures a positive first impression.
  • Manage Appointments: Handle bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using internal systems efficiently.
  • Payment Processing: Manage cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and maintain precise financial records.
  • Confidentiality Matters: Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times.
  • Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with scanning, photocopying, and data entry to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and request replenishment's for front desk supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Liaise with internal staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Keep the reception area tidy and organised to reflect a professional environment.

Working Pattern:

  • 4 Days per Week (Rota Basis)
