Working as part of the team delivering the day-to-day front of house operation with our client in St Andrews ensuring first class levels of service to customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the front of house team to meet and greet customers
Take orders and serve customers
Resolve any customer queries and escalate where required to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep an up to date and comprehensive knowledge of the food and drinks menus
Assist with cleaning duties as required

Requirements

National 5 qualifications, ore equivalent in English and Maths
Experience working in a restaurant environment
Experience in delivering excellent levels of customer service
