Our client is a fast growth tech company with a Nationwide presence who provideIT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses.

As they gear up to accelerate growth in the region they are looking for an industry experienced Head of Sales for the Northern region (North Wales and North West). The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of established Account Managers whilst driving New Business in the region.

Main duties:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets
  • Train and mentor a high performing sales team
  • Champion an customer- centric approach
  • Forecasting, Market analysis and reporting
  • Budget management
  • Contract negotiation
  • Key Account Management

Experience required:

  • A minimum of 10 yrs experience in sales
  • A minimum of 5yrs experience in a leadership role
  • Industry experienceis essential, ideally gained within an MSP
  • Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Full driving license
