Join Our Team as a Site Manager!
Are you a natural leader with a strong background in site operations and project delivery? We're looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee on-site activities, ensure projects are delivered on time, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
Must have experience in commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and site staff
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Monitor progress and produce site reports as required
- Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification (or equivalent)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
