Role: UK Sales Specialist
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 DOE plus commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and motivated UK Sales Specialist to join a dynamic and growing organisation based in Cambridgeshire.

The primary focus of this role is to foster collaboration with colleagues to successfully meet sales targets. Developing strong follow-up skills will greatly enhance lead conversion, while the capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks will contribute to overall success

Duties of a UK Sales Specialist
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for mutual benefit.

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and site visits.

  • Implement effective cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximise revenue.

  • Deliver engaging sales pitches and product demonstrations both over the phone and in person.

  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.

  • Provide support to other departments during busy periods, holidays, or absences.

  • Continuously develop product knowledge through internal and external training.

  • Adhere to company procedures and uphold professional standards at all times.

  What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident using MS Office, CRM systems, and phone software.

  • Proven experience in customer service, cold calling, closing sales, and achieving/exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work under pressure in a busy sales environment.

  • Positive attitude with a professional, team-focused approach.

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport are advantageous due to the office location.
