What will you be doing?
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing prompt, helpful, and professional support. Responsibilities include:

路 Handling high volumes of inbound calls and emails in a polite and timely manner
路 Providing accurate information regarding products, orders, and deliveries
路 Investigating and resolving customer queries quickly and effectively
路 Logging interactions with precision using internal systems
路 Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
路 Meeting service level targets and call quality standards

Skills or Experience Required

路 Experience in a customer service or call centre role (preferred but not essential)
路 A natural passion for delivering outstanding service
路 Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
路 High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
路 Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
路 Positive, proactive attitude and strong team ethic

Important to Note

路 You must be available for 1 full week of training
路 No holidays should be booked during the first 2-3 weeks of onboarding due to training
路 This is an ongoing temporary role, with the potential to go permanent depending on performance and business need
