Location: St Ives (PE27)
Duration: 2 months initially, likely to be extended/ become permanent
Hours: 8am until 4:45pm Monday to Thursday with a 12:30pm finish on Friday

Polytec are looking for a Surface Mount Reworker for our St Ives based client to ensure the assembly of products meet production requirements. Excellent hand soldering skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
This vacancy is to initially cover a busy workload during the holiday season, but is likely to be extended or become permanent.

Responsibilities:

* Assembly of products through both surface mount and conventional processes
* Strong focus on surface mount rework

Requirements:

* Good electronic assembly skills (surface mount and conventional)
* Ability to hand solder
* Ability to recognise common electronic components (including colour coding)
* Computer literate
