Now Hiring: Experienced Goods In Coordinator

Job Title: Goods In Coordinator
Location: Near St Ives
Hours: 8.30-5.30

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Goods Inwards department, monitoring stock movements and replenishment of stock within all our Warehouses as well as Yard and vehicle fleet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
  • Check goods against delivery notes and purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Book stock into the system using warehouse software.
  • Label, store, and organise inventory in the correct locations.
  • Keep the goods-in area clean, safe, and compliant with site procedures.
  • Communicate with suppliers or internal teams regarding any issues.
  • Assist with stock counts and general warehouse duties when required.
  • Fleet management

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or Goods-In role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
  • Forklift licence desirable but not required.
