  • STARTING SALARY: Begin earning 35,000 immediately.
  • FULLY FUNDED TRAINING: All teaching and assessor qualifications (AET and TAQA) will be provided and funded by the employer.

The Role: Coaching the Next Generation

  • Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
  • Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)

We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering:

  • Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Gas & Plumbing.
  • Technical Qualification: A time served Gas & Plumbing professional that holds a Level 3 related Gas & Plumbing qualification.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
  • Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance and you will need a UK Driving License.
