Production Line Feeder
12.64 per hour plus overtime at time plus half and double

This role suits someone looking for a very active job that is challenging and stimulating, both physically and mentally. Planning kanban material supply of bought in and in-house manufactured components and maintain continuous material supply to the manufacturing production line.
Production Line Feeder duties:
- Identify and report low stock.
- Placing and managing orders with suppliers.
- Replenishing bin stocks.
- Conducting routine inventory counts, raising issues and driving counter-measures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Maintaining continuous improvement exercises to ensure stock levels are appropriate to current demand patterns and change Kanban cards according.
- Taking part in stock taking and owning weekly cycle counts is also an important part of this role.
Experience for the Production Line Feeder will include:
- Previous materials handling or manufacturing assembly environment experience.
- Full understanding and experience with operations in a Kanban environment.
- Experience with ERP software isbeneficial.
- Demonstratable problem solver and trouble-shooter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have good physical fitness, this role is on your feet with a lot of walking.
- Proactive approach to spot and solve potential issues before they disrupt production.
Hours of work for the Production Line Feeder:
The role is 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Wednesday 8am to 6.00pm Thursday 8am to 5.30pm
