Tempest Photography (the UK’s leading school photography company) are looking for a passionate Direct Order Sales Assistant to join our team and help us help our customers with their orders!
We are now recruiting for a Direct Order Sales Assistant to assume responsibility for speaking to our customers, assisting with the online ordering system and taking telephone orders too!
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is self-motivated, efficient, with good organisation skills and an excellent telephone manner.
In order to be successful in this role it’s essential that you have:
- Professional and friendly telephone manner when taking orders and dealing with customer queries.
- Basic IT skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to multi-task effectively.
- Keyboard skills.
