Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: Hoddesdon
Salary: £26,000 FTC
Working Hrs: 40 hours a week / flexible across Monday – Friday
Contract: Temporary / 4 months
Our client is looking for a hands on, proactive and detail driven Operations Assistant, to join their team for the Summer!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee goods in/out – receive, check and rotate stock appropriately
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to deadline
- Support cleaning, testing, and re stocking of frozen cocktail machines
- Provide workshop assistance including basic machine maintenance
- Keep production supplied with packaging and ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency and organisation
- Monitor warehouse process improvement and upkeep standards
Skills required:
- Excellent planning and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration across departments
- Organised and proactive with a high attention to detail
- Confident handling goods in/out and managing stock rotation
- Excel proficiency
- Positive attitude!
- Familiar with the SALSA Food safety system
