Prior to lockdown, the kitchen held two AA Rosettes, and they are now working towards rejoining the Rosette scheme and achieving our 4th star next year.

Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef
Pastry Sous Chef/ Junior Sous
Proven experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens
Rosette-level experience highly desirable
Strong technical skills and high service standards
For pastry: confident producing elegant, modern desserts and pastries
Organised, calm under pressure, and professional on service
A team player who takes pride in their work and wants to progress
Permanent positions (no live-in accommodation available)
Mix of shifts: earlies, lates, splits and straights
Meals on duty
Uniform provided
