Job Title: Assembly Operatives
Location: St Neots
Salary: 12.21 per hour (with pay increase after probation) 13.68 per hour Holiday Paid
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
About the Role
We are working with a well-established, family-run manufacturing business who are looking for a hands-on assembly operative to join their supportive and friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality products that are supplied to some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry.
You'll be joining a business where everyone knows everyone, the culture is relaxed yet hardworking.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and assembling specialist equipment
- Using hand tools to screw, wire, and fit components
- Testing products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Working closely with the Production Manager and wider production team
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit - able to lift up to 55kg between two people (with forklift support when required)
- A strong work ethic with high attention to detail
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Previous assembly or production experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be a driver or live locally due to poor public transport links
What's On Offer
- 12.21 per hour, rising after successful 3-month probation

- 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays off)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
