About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliableAssistant Site Managerto join our team on atraditional build housing developmentin the St Neots,Cambridgeshire area.. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded, independent developer known for quality and attention to detail.
You will play a key role on site, supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure that the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the management of trades and subcontractors on site.

Monitor health and safety compliance.

Ensure work is completed to specification and quality standards.

Support with scheduling, deliveries, and reporting progress to the Site Manager.

Help maintain accurate site records and daily logs.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, and the project team.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role in residential construction.

Strong understanding of traditional build methods.
-
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
-
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred).

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
