Our client is industry leader in the healthcare industry is looking for Recruitment Administrator. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis and is a Hybrid role.
Job Purpose
The Recruitment Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Talent Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of recruitment, talent attraction initiatives, talent development, and HR operations. Reporting to the Senior Talent Co-Ordinator, this role is crucial to maintaining efficient processes throughout the talent lifecycle, contributing to the company’s ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
The role will include but is not limited to:
-Prepare job postings on various job boards, social media, and careers website.
-Perform the initial review of CVs and cover letters, pinpointing qualified candidates to move forward in the hiring process.
-Carry out telephone interviews and first-stage interviews, playing a key role in identifying promising talent.
-Manage interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between candidates and hiring managers for a seamless interview experience.
-Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide clear instructions regarding interview logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, tracking their progress throughout the recruitment process.
-Engage with third-party suppliers across the UK and EU, handling inquiries and providing regular updates to maintain strong partnerships.
-Prepare offer e-mails, offer packs, and welcome packs for new starters.
-Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment and onboarding processes.
-Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality, protecting the privacy and integrity of our team.
-Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives and events.
Candidate Profile:
-1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or Talent.
-Strong organisational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-A creative thinker that brings innovative ideas to enhance talent attraction and recruitment processes.
-Proficiency in MS Office packages to advanced level in Excel.
-Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Capable of handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
-Confident and eager to explore and adapt to new technologies.

Hours and Days:
-37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:15
Location:
-Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office (with flexibility dependant on business need)
