Project Co-Ordinator

Our client is an award-winning organisation based just outside St Albans. They offer fantastic training and career development and the business has grown rapidly in recent years.

As the Project Co-Ordinator you will be supporting the Project Manager and the team whilst ensuring that the project tasks are met within guidelines throughout the lifecycle of projects, including coordination of resources, equipment, meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, communications, and progress tracking against key milestones.
  • Assist in onboarding and training junior team members under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between customers, account managers, and internal teams to support seamless project delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and project management assistance to the Project Manager.
  • Attend and document meetings throughout the project lifecycle
  • Follow up on meeting action items, gather feedback, and distribute outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the department manager to achieve project goals and meet performance KPIs.
  • Assist the Project Manager in conducting post-project reviews.
