We are working with a growing interior fit-out company based inHertforshire, seeking an experienced and proactiveProject Managerto take ownership of kitchen and bathroom installation projects from start to finish.

This role requires someone with a strong background inmanaging multiple projects, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, who can take the lead insecuring work, planning and packaging projects, and ensuring smooth delivery on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of kitchen and bathroom fit-out projects from client brief and scope through to completion
• Assist in securing new work through estimating, site visits, and client liaison
• Prepare and package projects for internal teams and subcontractors, with clear documentation and timelines
• Coordinate all trades and suppliers on-site, ensuring installations meet design, quality, and safety standards
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively resolving any issues

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing kitchen and/or bathroom fit-out projects
• Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple active jobs
• Commercially aware, with experience handling budgets and procurement
• Confident in client-facing situations with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
