As a Senior Business Development Executive, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy - driving new business through engaging conversations, compelling proposals, and face-to-face meetings that showcase why we stand out. Once onboard, you'll nurture these new relationships into long-term, high-value accounts.







What You'll Do

  • Make 50-75 targeted outbound calls per week - creating meaningful conversations that convert prospects into clients.

  • Build powerful relationships with new and existing customers through trust, energy, and genuine engagement.

  • Negotiate confidently with clients and suppliers to achieve the best results for everyone involved.

  • Create persuasive proposals and smart conversion strategies to close deals and exceed targets.

  • Guide clients through customs formalities for goods moving into and out of the EU - with our full support and training.

  • Manage and grow accounts, ensuring every client reaches their full potential.

  • Collaborate with marketing, contributing ideas for campaigns, LinkedIn content, and other outreach initiatives.

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to share wins, strategies, and insights with a team that celebrates success together.



What You'll Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience - ideally outbound or business development focused.

  • A confident, engaging phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Strong IT and CRM skills, with proficiency in Excel.

  • A positive, high-energy attitude and a hunger to exceed goals.

  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
