Our client, an exciting business based in London Colney are seeking a talented accounts assistant to join their growing team. The majority of the role will involve all aspects of purchase ledger but there will be some sales ledger involved. The company offer advanced pension, free parking, 25 days holiday and 1 day work from home after probation.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Processing Invoices per week
• Manage the purchase approval system
• Coding invoices to the correct GL codes transactions
• Preparing group-wide payment runs
• Reconciling supplier accounts
• Posting of accruals
. Raising sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with preparing monthly payroll
This role would suit those who have covered accounts payable and receivable. There is great scope to advance beyond this role too.
