Job Title: Facilities Assistant

Hours: 聽Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.15 pm

An exciting opportunity to work for an established business in the professional services industry. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in facilities and administration support and must be available to commence work on an immediate basis.
Key Responsibilities:
路Undertaking regular stock takes of stationary, catering supplies, hygiene products etc
路Keeping the coffee machines clean and provisioned and acting as the first point of contact for any faults or engineer visits
路Maintaining office printers ensuring they are stocked with paper and ink
路Monitoring the departments inbox and respond to or deal with enquiries
路Assisting with Office moves, and workstation set ups
路Ensuring the building is kept clean and tidy
路Working closely with receptionists and covering when needed
路Ensuring client areas and meeting rooms are properly provisioned
路Reserve parking spaces
路Running weekly fire alarm tests.
路Assisting in setting the annual IT budget
路Line management of the in-house IT team

Skills and Experience:
路Previous experience in a similar role
路Good admin skills
路Proficient user of MS Office suite
路Available for work on an immediate basis
