About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced property repairs and maintenance Voids Supervisor to join our team on a temporary basis for a company that looks after social housing / decent homes programme. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality void property services. You'll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and fostering strong customer relationships.You'll also be expected to manage day-to-day operations, support profitability, and oversee basic budgetary responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Strong trade background
Solid understanding of damp and mould issues
Experience in social housing
Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
IT literate and comfortable with digital reporting tools
