Role: Internal Sales Executive - Immediate Start

Location: St Albans

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5.30pm

Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 an hour, weekly pay

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a fast growing client based in St Albans

Our client is seeking an individual that has experience within builders merchants, construction, plant or tool hire industry.

Duties of an Internal Sales Executive:

  • Handling and advising sales enquiries
  • Completing telesales and counter sales for dispatch
  • Excellent customer service
  • Giving technical advice and support where necessary
  • Meeting targets and margins to help continue the growth of the company
  • Assist customers with loading
  • Provide quick quotations and follow-ups to ensure the winning of business
  • Excellent telesales manner in order to increase sales from current customers and to acquire new business from new customers
  • Receive incoming telephone calls and handle enquiries

What we would like from you:

  • Previous experience within sales environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Telesales experience
  • Team player and driven
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Self motivated
  • Builders merchants / construction / hire industry knowledge
