Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure consistency in food quality throughout preparation and service.
Manage portion control and stock levels to reduce waste and support cost control measures.
Support the Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to shape a seasonally inspired, locally influenced menu.
Ensure allergen information is clear and accurate, offering suitable alternatives for dietary requirements.
Provide culinary support to the Banqueting team during events and functions as needed.
