An experienced and friendly Chef de Partie is needed for a lovely venue.
Candidates should have good experience and be great team players with excellent knowledge of modern food preparation.
The role involves setting up the section to work on, with shifts varying between 10am and 10pm, including some weekends.
The position offers a 40-hour work week with overtime paid, uniform provided and laundered, and free food on shift.
A salary plus a share of tronc is offered, along with a requirement for good CDP experience in either a restaurant or fine dining.

Good organisational skills

All usual bookwork for temperature checks and all usual Food Safety

Good cdp experience in either a restaurant or fine dining
