The Person
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a Demi Chef De Partie ready for progression, within quality hotel, restaurant or event caterer is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role, the rota will entail 40 hours per week over a mixture of shifts.
