Were looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie for an award-winning country house hotel in Hertfordshire. As Pastry Chef De Partie, youll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by delivering consistently high standards of patisserie mis-en-place and service for the Restaurants, Banqueting, Bar, Room Service and Afternoon Tea.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Head Pastry Chef, who will support with your continued career development and potential onward progression.
The Person
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie ready for progression, within quality hotel, restaurant or event caterer is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role, the rota will entail 40 hours per week over a mixture of shifts.
