Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site operations

• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards

• Maintain strong client relationships and lead project meetings

• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure health & safety compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor

• Background in new build and refurbishment projects (£500k-£5m)

• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence (site visits required)
