Credit Control Supervisor – St Albans – £40,000 to £45,000 p.a.
Do you want the opportunity to take the next step in your career, leading a key function while developing your skills in a fast-paced, forward-thinking business?
Are you ambitious, driven, and eager to make your mark – while building on the solid credit control expertise you already have?
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity.
This high-growth SME is seeking a confident and proactive individual to take charge of the receivables function and play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s continued expansion. You’ll work closely with an engaging Head of Finance, senior leadership and commercial teams, ensuring the credit control process runs smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll take ownership of managing aged debt, allocating payments, and refining processes to improve cashflow and reduce debtor days. You’ll also have the scope to review and improve existing systems, using your ideas and experience to drive meaningful change. Your strong relationship-building skills will help you work effectively with both customers and colleagues, resolving queries quickly and keeping cash moving.
This is a role where you can really take the reins – bringing your current skillset into a business that will value your input, while giving you the space to grow, broaden your knowledge, and develop into a stronger leader. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values improvement, initiative and results, and where your contribution will have a direct and visible impact.
With an ‘on-site’ working approach and free parking, this is a hands-on role where adaptability and a positive mindset will be key. As with any growing business, no two days will be the same – and that’s what makes it exciting.
The process is moving quickly, so if you’re interested, please apply ASAP or contact me for a confidential conversation.
