We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an established and dynamic company in St Albans. This is an integral role for the business, providing support to both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth order-to-delivery process, along with aftercare support.
This is a 6-month ftc which we are looking for someone to join ASAP. This role would be perfect for someone who is immediately available for work and looking to begin a new position right away.
St Albans, Free Parking
Monday - Friday
Duties include:
- Provide customer service via phone, email and online order system.
- Process customer orders and provide quotations.
- Set up new customer accounts, process invoices, and delivery notes.
- Provide customers with updates on the availability of stock and lead times.
- Support the sales team with customer information or new client interest.
- Provide back-office administration support for the sales team.

Candidate Requirements:

- Sales order processing experience
