Customer Service Administrator

To support the team, we are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to support our clients’ customers and suppliers. This role will ensure that enquiries and issues are addressed swiftly and professionally. You will oversee the returns process for defective or unwanted products, collaborating with suppliers to ensure seamless returns and exchanges.

Responsibilities:
  • Address customer enquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer returns
  • Monitor and follow up on customer advanced warranties as per procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance service
  • Assist the Supervisor and Manager in monitoring and improving customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate product returns
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for returns, including return authorisation references and shipping labels.
  • Control and monitor faulty stock inventory
  • Collaborate with purchasing and technical teams to find suitable replacements for customers
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with supplier returns procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer service platforms and tools, such as JIRA and Sage X3, is an
